Access
You will have access to your course as soon as your payment is received and confirmed. For online payments, this is usually instantaneous, and for bank transfers this is usually the same day, but please allow up to 2 working days, especially if you are in a non-UK time zone.
You’ll get an email within minutes with your login details and a personalised link that gives you instant access to the course and all its modules.
Licence periods
Your licence period starts from the day you purchase the course, and you will have access to all the course materials for the duration purchased.
When the licence period expires, you will no longer have access to the learning platform, course, templates or certificate. However, licences can be extended at any time during the licence period, and for up to 6 months after expiry. See Licence extensions below.
Licence extensions
If you need more time to complete your course, you can easily extend any licence for a further 6 months. You can do this at any time before the licence period expires, or for up to 6 months after the licence has expired:
Licences can be extended for an additional 6 months for £100.
Course availability
In the unlikely event we have to remove a course from our catalogue, any purchased licences for that course will not be affected, and will remain valid for the duration of the licence period purchased. However, further licence period extensions would not be possible.
Transfer of licences
If you haven’t started the course and would like to transfer your licence to a friend or colleague, simply contact us at enquiries@getsavi.co.uk and we can arrange it for you. However, licences cannot be transferred if the course has been started.
Certificates
You can retake the course as many times as you like within the licence period. You can also retake the final formal assessment as many times as you like, but you will only be eligible for a certificate if you successfully pass this assessment.
The name on your certificate will be the name you choose when you download the certificate and this name cannot be changed, as only one certificate is allowed per course licence.
Refunds
We really hope you’ll love our courses. However, if you decide it’s not for you, you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you haven’t downloaded the templates or completed the course. Simply click here and we will process your refund.
